What is a rattler grind exactly? I never really knew.
I paid a bit for this but I knew it was special. I'm going to post pictures as I progress with the restore. I'll keep the pictures coming.

Here's a W&B Rattler grind, I've also heard them referred to as "faux framebacks.

So thin it rattles when you use it :<0)
Here's one I bought just the blade off eBay for around $45 last year so I made some bone scales for it with a brass wedge. I made the scales thin like ivory. Notice the tail is pointing more upward than the usual Wade & Butcher which is kinda odd!
Excellent! So nice to see some thin scales. Bone was often cut thin, at least on older razors. Very nice work.
Here's the latest I got back from Valery at the Gentleman's Den. A Wade and Butcher, smaller blade, but was inspired by another member here who showed me the first "tapered" type blade.

Nice Butchers..
Like the spine work on that Unity blade. Scales look great.
