I like the new scales, it's colour, the black with the dark blue looks pretty. Is it bakelite?
:beer1:
Wish good shaves with it!
Let me show you my new acquisition. Restore by a cutler who got his certificate in 1982. I was courios to see the result, but it is not bad, gives a good shave and scales are strong and looks long lasting. Super bakelite.

Is it just me, or is the "bow" really a mustache?
Here's one of my W&B's restored and re-scaled by my buddy Don Belanger last November. I have several others, but not of the uniqueness and this one is quite special to me. Some of you may remember the old 'dog bone' razor. It's one of a kind, and a beauty of a restore job. I love this razor, it has great sentimental value.
Enjoy!

p.s. I used a couple of my SOTD posts to demo her.

Hi I've never seen any etchings like this on W&B.
Maybe it is got something to do with the selling.
The things from India been very popular in England in the early 19th century.
Anyway enjoy it!
Restored 6/8 full hollow ground. I tried to keep it like it may have been originally. Horn scales and a lead wedge.

This is my little W&B. It's in immaculate shape though, never seen a spot of rust.
