Very classy Altus! Are the scales made of ivory?
English weekly set for the French market (incision of the days in old French), and probably commissioned by religious (in place of the manufacturer's hallmark is the engraving "Ave Maria".
1820-30 era, ivory handle worked on pinwork (or piquet work)

Altus can you give higher res pictures of the makers' marks?
altus I am curious at to the piece above the razors? Pardon my ignorance but I can not figure out what it is. Thanks
