This one was in almost nos condition when I got it. Then I was an idiot and put tape on the spine to hone. The result was a the blue cane off in a couple spots. Again took pictures to show what flaws I’ve seen.

You weren't an idiot. The blue must not have been stuck good.
So normally that wouldn’t happen?
It shouldn't have being a quality straight razor. They may have not washed all the oil off of it before painting it.Quote:
