Yellow (celluloid?) Scales with the shape of a woman with long flowing hair on both sides
I would classify the grind as half or full hollow.

Sharptonn pointed out that it is actually a mermaid on the scales. Her fin is by the pivot pin.

Here is a pic of a tiny chip in the bevel, for full disclosure. Maybe not worth mentioning, but felt I should include a pic since I spotted it during closer examination. Took the best pic I could with my phone.
