Default Dovo straight razor - shave ready

Dovo straight razor - shave ready

The blade measures 18.0mm which makes it in between 11/16 and 6/8 in size.

Jimps on the bottom of the tang for a good grip with wet hands.

The scales are original with makers branding. Quite unusual to see a Dovo with Burg Graf scales. I think they were only for the European market.

The razor looks like it's never been used.

It is quite a stiff grind for a Dovo. Looks to be 1/4 hollow (or thereabouts).

The razor was honed on a progression of Shapton Ceramic Pro stones (1k, 2k, 5k, 8k and 12k).

The price is $78 which includes standard international postage. If you want tracking, unfortunately it's $8.55 extra. Unfortunately Australia Post treat tracking as a premium option.

C'mon folks, this would make a fine reference razor for either the new user or honer. And by the way, John knows his way around the hones: you won't be disappointed - and 5/8 is not a size to be despised!

So, is that price Australian dollars or American dollars?
