Nice looking razor. I've been thinking of giving PRC a try and it's kind of disappointing they're giving up on carbon blades.

Do you know more about this one's history? (Year of production, honing regime, etc?)

From 2018. Touch up hones have been NANIWA SS12K/ SG20K / diamond paste on Balsa. She is both clean and sharp.
