Boker Worked Spine
The razor was rescued from a pawn shop. They had a barber's lot, but the rest of the razors were plain jane and worn out. It was a bit grotty but all of the oxidation was superficial. I removed the ill-fitted, non-original heavy bone scales and gave it a hand polish. Then I reassembled it with these ornate scales taken from a broken razor. It didn't cost much, mostly elbow grease.

I love worked spines and Bokers. That is a sweet razor.

That explains why one side of the blade was so easy to polish.

Always thought the look of that model Boker blade was classy and you have done it justice. Very nice job.
