Dip a wet toothbrush in come Comet and scrub at that rust, also a lead pencil works well to get in there. Pile some polish like Maas in and use some dental floss. Smash a q-tip with a hammer and use with Maas as well.

The blade is good shape. The toe needs some work. It has a nice patina on it. Some guys actually leave it on there, but if you desire, it should polish up nicely. They're great for getting rust out of the pivot area and tang.
