Im pretty sure that all thiers razors are French so.if there saying its made in sheffield u may wanna do more investigating

the steel is sheffield the razor was made in france, its a thiers issard. so what about it isnt worth it? i like the mirror finish, but i dont know anything about it or the steel used thats why i was looking for more info

TI made some "Sheffield Best Steel" razors, ask for better pics unless there are more that you didn't post.. look at the spine vs edge relationship

Also a TI 5/8 should measure from top of spine to edge as almost 6/8 that is how they measure razors...

That looks like the "Loup et Bellier" model that CS sells. It is indeed a TI, forged form Sheffield steel. Looks to be in good shape. Retail on that model is over $300 so $100 sounds good. You're probably not talking about a restoration there or a bad blade in any way...unless the previous owner blunted it or something?
