The pipe looks like a Wostenholm mark http://straightrazorpalace.com/srpwi...%22Pipe%22_6/8 . Others with more knowledge will be alone shortly.

George Wostenholm and sons pipe razor, very good shaving razors. Owned an restored a few of them.
