What can you tell me about this kamisori?

I bought this a couple days ago without doing any research, just like that. Any info would be appreciated :)

I know very little about kamisoris, but I've heard that using and maintaining them is different to western straights.
I would imagine that buying one without research would steepen the learning curve, but I hope things go well for you.
