That link was my first encounter with that straight razor Pete. I have no clue and do not know, although I would hope, they are Japanese made. And clearly on speculation I would assume if Japanese built is may be a good shaver.
From what I was able to find, vintage Suzumasa razors were/are good shavers. I just don't know about the modern ones. I think there is a connection to the old vintage Suzumasa's, but I don't know if the quality is till there.
Cheers,
Pete
The question is who makes them? The price is around $67.00. I don't know of any real quality razors at that price point.
Here is a couple of the older models as framebacks.

HERE is a bit more information, but not particularly positive, indicates fit and finish issues. Hmmm...

Those new ones look pretty poorly made. I mean the grinding is rather amateurish.
He/they do have some beautiful straight razors. The prices are at the highest end of the market and beyond, imo. And lately I think a cautious buyer would ask the seller if the ad description is accurate as to that particular razor. I have purchased some beautiful razors from these folks.
I have a vintage Sazumasa and recently bought a new one. The scales almost look identical and are good quality. The grind and finish are good. I honed it on Naniwa with ease. The shave was great. In fact I like it better than my vintage one.
