I would have bought the lot just for the Fredk Reynolds - that should clean up very nicely, please post pics when it's done.
I am a big fan of the shoulderless designs and Torrey had one of the best IMO.
They also had the best 20th century steel, they take an excellent edge and can keep it.
The guys had all in a bag with cases and a one razor travel pouch for 100$ well only 7 out of the 9 are salvageable ... I told him i wanted the 2 shefields and thats it... He would not sell only 2 so i told him i would give him 50 for all and he said yes! So i think i won! I cant wait to see them restored

Broken or over honed blades, I sell to a local wood carver who makes carving knives out of them.
So there is a use for them.

I did shorten the scales! Grind them and buff them! I am glad that it looks so good that u cant tell! :)
