Anyone out there using a Rolls Razor? Looks like an easy way to keep everything in one place. Also noticed that the honing and stropping setup seems to remove, or at least greatly reduce a lot of beginner errors.
Any thoughts?

My thought is that I think they are cool little things :) I don't have any first hand experience with them but I think it is important to find one in good condition or it will make for the opposite, harder to use and maintain.
dkshave, in the razor forum, look up the sub-forum Razor Clubs. There is a thread titled Rolls Razor Fans, or something similar. There are many comments there about buying and using said razor.
The Rolls is an interesting razor that will shave well but a modern DE or vintage Gillette DE will be much more convenient. That is from owning and using a Rolls and a similar Darwin. The Rolls is cheap enough just to have for the experience.

I have several Rolls Razors and, although I'm not a regular user, I do use the Rolls several times each year. It gives a very satisfactory shave when properly honed and stropped. It will never enter my rotation, but it is nice when you are in a hurry.
