I got this from my grandfathers loft. I recognised that there was a blade, So i figured this was a razor right?
Is there still a market for this sort of things? (let's hope they're expensive.;))

Is there meant to be a photo?
I just edited it.
Sorry my fault
It's a Rolls razor. Very nice shavers once you figure out how to use them. Sorry to disappoint but you're not going to be retiring on the sales proceeds.
Well I hope to sell it. But i have no idea where to start with it.
Money doesn't really matter

If money didn't matter why bother selling it?
This is not a place to discuss value $$$. Notwithstanding, the open lid section is lacking the gray honing stone. That's a sad loss. You can google Rolls Razor Imperial and learn/see more or check them out on ebay (where there are plenty). As mentioned, when the blade is sharp it makes for a wonderful razor. I got a solid 30-hour smooth shave from one on Monday. Love my Rolls.
