Anyone recognizes this makers mark?

I have seen this mark on a razor before somewhere a few weeks ago and the person wrote about it mentioning the maker but I totally forgotten what it was and can't find it back. maybe someone recognizes it? Appreciate any information you could provide

Looks like the mark could have been an accidental double strike. Could it have been "OR" or "OB"?

Looks like a double stamp to me with OP surrounded by a box.
