From the initial look at it, it appears to be post 1901...can't quite see the tang, but it looks like there's an "England" stamp on it, which makes it 1901 or later, the etching also looks more like the modern vs the pre-1900 etchings.
It's one of their flagship type razors, The Celebrated, Hollow Ground, great blades. It's a medium hollow ground, so it's an excellent cross between a wedge and a full hollow. I would consider a grind like that to be a great blade for beginners, very nice middle of the road.
Better shot of the tang stamp would confirm.
edited to add: it's in pristine condition, looks all original, that's a very nice find!
Yes there is an England stamp. Sorry for the picks I haven't had a chance to clean it up I just purchased it today for $18  I couldn't believe my eyes, or is 18 about right for this blade? Still learning how to Identify great blades from good.
