So I picked up this little lady from a seller in Latvia. Cost me just over $10 with shipping so took a chance. This is a petite razor with bone scales and steel thrust washers (first I have seen to date). The only mark I have found is what looks like a "C" over an "L" inside of a wreath. Has anyone seen this before? Any info would be welcome. TIA
