Scales
I'm looking to buy Theirs-Issard scales for my razor but I noticed that they sell two different kinds of horn scales one is just horn and the other is Ram's horn, what is the difference between them if any because its a about $50 more for the ram's horn at classicshvaing.com.

Its all about the looks, there is no functional difference.
-
google ram's horn scales and then horn scales. You will then see the difference.
-
What you may not see from the pics on the site is that the ramhorn is textured whereas the buff horn is smooth. The ram may be a bit chunkier in the hand too.

Thanks everyone thats pretty much what I was thinking. Now I have two razors to rescale my Bismarck and Spartacus I think I will do one horn and one wood. Because I like the way my Prima Klang feels with its wooden scales and the horn to experiment with.

premade scales can be expensive, where on the other hand if you have some tools laying around you could try and make them yourself ;)
