Difficult to tell much from those pics. Can you post some of the blade itself and the tang markings?
Is there a country of manufacturer? If it came from an area know for good cutlery and you are happy with the price grab it.
Here are a few more pictures.

No country on it I am leaning towards China?
for something that looks like it should be either new or new old stock that heal looks pretty rough. Are you able to judge the overall fit and finish?
This razor might be some cheap Chinese Knockoff, or it could perhaps be a Thiers Issard.
TI still carries a limited edition Sabatier "Bucephal" line of razors with a "Flying Horse" trademark.
See THIERS-ISSARD SABATIER
The razor you showed has a different image of the horse than the TIs that is are currently sold. I wonder if TI has held this trademark for a long time, and your razor is an old "Flying Horse"?
I wish it was the Theirs-Issard, the ones I saw online made this one look very weak. Rez it seems to be fairly cheap, I believe it is NOS but on the low end.

I like that one a LOT more than the Flying Horse.
The spine on the horse razor looks funky and I can't find anything anywhere on it.
Yes this one is sweet, I broke the factory celophane last night on it. It is NOS very nice tight and no defects that I can see. Just wish I knew for sure who made it, the only other reference that I could find stated that it might be a Carl Schlieper (stamp on tang like the Eye logo) but very nice either way.
The second razor is a good razor. It is made in an area known for good cutlery and I have never heard of anyone that made a poor quality razor with three pin scales. I don't know the brand either but think it is a score. How many more NOS razors did you come by?
4 counting the cheapie. A Carl Schlieper Double Eye #63, 5/8ths still in the paper and box, Carl Schlieper Korium #130 4/8ths in the wrap and box, and the Two Crocodiles in the factory celophane.
A little professional honing and you should be in for some great shaves.
I don't know how familiar you are with the forum but if you go here Member Services - Straight Razor Place Classifieds you should be able to find someone to put a sweet edge on those.
From the hip I think it's a Pakistan or China imitation. The grinding looks pretty rough on the shoulder showing lack of attention to detail indicative to these 2 regions.
I am fairly new to the forum, I do know about Lynn I bought my first razor, strop and brush through him. Thank you for the link.
The Flying Horse does look Chinese/Pakistani. Who knows hone it and see if it holds an edge. If not you could always frame it and hang it in the Shave Cave!
The 2 Crocs and 6 Stars definitely looks cleaner. More likely to be a Solingen blade.
I say hone them both and take them for a spin.
I have been looking at straight razors on ebay and found a lot like the 2 crocs 6 stars that claim to be NOS. I find it somewhat suspicious that there are all these seeminly old razors that have never been used for sale. One or two perhaps, but many multiples of NOS coming out of asia? Seems a bit suspicious to me. Anyone have a similar opinion? Anyone have any experience with these? I'm new to the game and have little experience.
Might give that Solingen a good stropping and see where it's at. Might have a decent edge. Never know.
I was wondering the same, but the Croc razor looked good, solid and tight. I never used it sold it and kept the Carl Schlieper. I have also seen several since this one. Not a lot of them though. I think the same thing about the NOS Dorkos that keep showing up and up for stupid money.
If you are new go with a proven item and get something that you will like.
Correct, don't get something no one has ever heard of! You're right about the Dorko's too, they go for stupid money!!!!! I have one but I bought the blade off eBay for about $50 because I got lucky & on a separate occasion I found a good used set of scales with a screwed up blade. I just need to hone the other blade because it was a new blank blade! I think I will let someone who grinds blades do it because sometimes the blanks need a little more grinding.
