Any of these 3 worth buying?

I came across 3 straight razors at a legit Antique store, the biggest ive seen in the north west. (I'll check back about Sq area, but it's 3 stories.) but after inspecting the 100 some razors I narrowed it down to 3, but before I picked one I thought I'd consult with you fine gents to see if you have any knowledge on any of these blades. Here is what I know about them:

Lord Baltimore (no manufacture, no country) My top pick of the three. The cheapest, and the blade is in the best condition of the three having a little bit of rust.

Kruss Brothers (Kruss Brothers, Germany) The shop keep was talking up German blades as being another level, and it looks like a good blade for a little bit more then then the Lord Baltimore but the blade is rusty all over but the blade which is sharp and holds quite the edge

The true St. St. Louis Barbers (A.F. Shapleigh & co, USA) A good blade but it's not as good as the Lord Baltimore and I thought this would be the cheapest of the three the blade needs the mode restoration but has a good edge.


Any thoughts or previous experiences with these razors?

As we often say...bad pictures are better than no pictures...
We can't comment on hone wear, frowns etc. without some pics..Please.

Sorry, but my phone doesn't take good enough pictures to make out anything. :( I ended up buying the Lord Baltimore Razor.

Great little blade

You don't state the prices. You may/will be better off buying a straight from a knowledgable forum member. Look for something shave ready from a reliable member.

@Sub If they still have it down the road i'll pick it up. but im quite happy with the Lord Baltimore

@Johnus The Baltimore was 20 and the other 2 where 23. The Baltimore had less damage to the blade and was cheapest so that is why I went with the one I went with. Its sharp enough where I cut my arm because of a bad habbit I have with disposable razors where when then get gunked up with hair and water wont wash it out I just wipe it on my arm. Well, not making that mistake again.

Most times a "dull" razor will still cut you wide and deep even though it isn't sharp enough to shave with. ;)

I've paid more for razors that I now use only to cut tape with off of eBay [emoji26]. You learn by mistakes. So if the one you pick is a winner, your be ahead. If not you have something to cut tape with(;-)

I have 2 already i have as a back scratcher already :)
