Being a Pennsylvania native, I always keep an eye out for PA made or retailed razors. This one is German made, retailed by Graham Watts in Honesdale, PA. Honesdale sounds like a great place for razors, right?
Anyway, I'm preparing the edge on this ol boy right now. The spine has a swayback but seems as if someone has honed the edge straight again (no more smile). Rolling strokes on the Chosera 600 are taking out chips and gradually bringing back the smile AND mine.

Dunno, if I were a razor I wouldn't want to go anywhere near Honesdale unless I absolutely have to
You never know who's gonna rub you the wrong way there....

IIRC, blades can "smile", but spines have "swayback" -- in either case, some are more pronounced than others, and often one doesn't match the other. Regardless, this is one lovely razor!
