Looks to be in good shape but never heard of that maker before either. Does it say where it was made?

Made in solingen germany. Distributed by illinois R.S.&cutlery Chicago illinois is stamped on reverse side of tang
If it is Solingen made it should be a quality blade so you should be good there. It could be that PLEEZAL is model name trade marked to a certain company. There is a list on the net of Solingen makers that also list the brand names they used to mark their razors with.
