Razor maker ID help

I've had this dainty 4/8 razor for awhile now and it has no makers mark anywhere on the blade that I can see. I was hoping somebody can identify the maker by the shape of the spine and tang.

Very nice looking razor Bob, nice lines for sure and shoulderless blade are a joy to use and hone. That said my guess would be its Swedish, the lines, small size, jimps. Also i would think Mr Helgren would want a razor from his native country?

Yes, that thought had crossed my mind too, also a Torrey for some strange reason. Swedish does make more sense from your pic.

I have an Electric Cutlery razor which looks just like it. The tang stamps on them are gone pretty easily.

I agree with Martin103. Looks swedish, and AFAIK the scales looks similar (square extremities) to some Klas Tornblom.

I've seen that same blade design on at least half a dozen different makers' products, mostly American branded, all out of the northeast. Later on I might dig back through the hard drive and try to spot some.

Here is an Electric (from the to do pile). It has a shoulder.

Thanks for all the help guys. The shape of the scales reminds me of the Union Cutlery Co. Spike razors that I have seen but not the blade design. It might not be clear in the pics but the spine is an inverted V shape not rounded if that helps.

Well, Here is that Electric. No cigar, I suppose. Mine has humped tang and no top jimps.
