Is there a list of all the W&B tang stamps anywhere? I'm looking at a razor with a stamp of what looks to be an ax head? and is stamped "W&B. S" and I don't know if it's faked, as I can't find any info on this stamp by searching for those letters here or in Google. Every pic I see has the whole company name spelled out and Sheffield with/without England depending on date of manufacture.
Never seen a fake straight in my years of buying and selling.
Is that a Wade&Butcher stamp? That's my real question. If it is, I'm hopefully going to be a very happy fellow soon!
You can see various wade&butcher razors in the razor database in the library and the razor club on the forum. I don't think yours with a w&b.s stamp was made by wade&butcher.
Can you post a photo of it?

Doesn't look like a W&B to me either...potentially a locally branded razor.
As the cliche goes, anything that seems to be too good to be true probably is. :)
