I liked the look of this razor - especially that black tang.
If I read it correctly it's a Wells razor by Boker?
The blade has a "Z" on it.
Does anyone have any experience with this razor?

Marshall Wells was a big hardware concern. Boker made razors for many outfits. I cannot say about the 'Z' other than possibly 'Zenith'? Good razor, I am willing to bet. ;)

Old and big hardware concern from Duluth MN Marshall-Wells Hardware (through 1922) | Zenith City Online operating in Canada also. I believe Zenith was a brand name they used on their goods. I have a strop of theirs marked Zenith. I think that is a good bet on what the Z stands for.Quote:
