Razor, "VELVO"by F. Koeller, Ivory scales w/ metal caps. What do You know about them?

Yeah, it is celluloid. Koeller made the Sears/Roebuck Sta-Sharp for a time, as well as their own Sta-Sharp/Koeller branded razors. They were some of the best of the varied 'Craftsman' line IMHO.
