Purty scales though.
Save those scales for another razor.
The scales are nice.
The spine has way to much spine wear on it and it is uneven wear at that, making it a nightmare.
The blade is so frowned that by the time you got it straight, it would probably be a 3/8" blade.
I wouldn't choose it as a first restore attempt. I don't think I'd even choose it to do any kind of restoration on. I would keep the scales and put them on another razor.
I have to agree with the others on this thread, that razor is WAY too far gone to be worth the time and effort. however, I have a pair of those scales and once I cleaned them up they are some of my favorites. Find a blade with broken scales and put it in the scales!
