Gillette tech razor
I have a Gillette tech safety razor it's stamped on the top with a 2 and on the bottom with a 2 , I couldn't find a date code of 2 so what does it mean, is it a second or something?

If you get us some clear pictures of the whole razor ,,, especially under the head,,,we (I) will help to find a date.

It looks like a 1938 to 1945 Tech handle,,, the case does not go with that razor,,, which is not uncommon to come across mis-matched razors & cases.
Why the "2" ,, I don't know,,, still working it.

I've never seen numbers stamped like that on a Gillette. Does it look like they were stamped like that from the factory? Does the nickel plating look damaged on the inside of the 2's?
