I recently found an old Griffon XX #29 razor. It has a Griffon (the mythical beast) and Germany stamped into the tang. The handle looks as if it is made of horn. Can anyone tell me anything about the history of this razor? It is hollow ground, rusty and has a nick in the blade, so doubt it is worth much. I'm just curious as to how old it might be and where it might have come from.
