Very nice. If you get a chance can you post a pic or two against a lighter colored background ? Hard to appreciate the pattern because the background is almost as dark as the blade.

On a white background the blacking isn't as true to color.

I love the shape of the blade and the damascus steel.
My guess is that it shaves better than it looks.

The shape shaves fantastic.
