Take a look in the Shavette forum and you'll likely see examples of what you're looking for ;

Are you thinking of something like a scalpel doctors or biologist use to dissect critters? If so I have no doubt the internet can lead you to them.
daniel17319. I suggested scalpels like surgeons and biologist use, but I guess I might be off track. Look into trapping supplies on the internet. I have trapped and I can tell you a squirrel has got to be one of the hardest critters to skin. I even desperately use an old SR without scales and it still proved to be tough.
Daniel, Google Olfa Silver Auto Lock SVR2 and you'll have one of the best knives for that kind of thing you can ever find ....... IMHO

I LOVE OLFAs!!! anyhow, I bought this last week and it was sold to me as a "Utility Razor" from Gillette. Not sure if this is what you are looking for.
No fellas i like using dollar safety razors because they are SO cheap. When i skin a coat i literally go threw a dollar's worth of safety razors not the best set up but the best set up for me. There are scalpels that take replaceable blades however they are a bit pricey. Were did you get that knife from bud?
maybe something a bit more modern that will do tho
