Newbie here
I just got into straight razors awhile ago. I had been using 4 blade cartridges then went down to 2 blade, but got tired of buying them and having to change them every few shaves. I figured that shaving is something I do all the time, I might as well class it up and go old school. Here are a few of my straight razors. I even made myself a brush and razor stand, which I sell on Etsy as well. I've been lurking, but recently signed up here.
On deck are: My brush and razor stand
Mint condition Krusius Brothers KB Extra 1921 and mid 1900s NOS Genco "Head Barber" razor. Krusius box is in decent shape and has date inside.
Wester Brothers Anchor Brand "Maganese Steel" with bone scales and a Friedellko Haan Solingen.
1900s Clauss
Late 1800s W.H. Morley & Sons Clover Brand with barber's notch.

Neat stand, what kind of metal are the fittings made out of?

The stand is completely made from 3/8" black gas pipe, except the base which is 1/2". I've since coated it with a few coats of clear and plastic-dipped the base with black rubber. I'm quite handy and like to make things myself. It came out quite well, even the addition of the copper wire holder worked like a charm.
