Anyone try playing with one of these? How does it compare with a gold dollar?

It IS a GD. Just fancied-up in order to sell. I have had firsthand experience, so this is FME.
In what way is it fancied up? A bit of a lottery buying a Titan but got lucky and have been using mine for about 50-60 shaves since August. Would I recommend buying one? If you like to gamble!

Been a while! :chapeau
As Tom said it's a gold dollar dressed up to look like a dandy, I have quite a few in for honing poor grinding seems to be order of the day with all the ones I have in, also the wooden scales metal lined are damn awful far to heavy, there is one positive they all took a reasonably good edge I wouldn't advise you to buy one all the same.
Admittedly not as refined as my Heljestrand but I like the chunky feel. And thinking if a cheap Titan is good a more expensive Titan must be great I bought a second one. But no, this time I lost in the buy SR from China lottery, got a wobbly blade with a grind to match.
Too bad one can't take them out and see what's what on them. I was mostly currious for a play item, checking blueing or etching, re-shaping etc. Many do the same with GD. I was wondering if they were similar in that regard. If one could hand pick them it might be a decent option.

Yea, honed a few and was given one. Of what I’ve seen, the stabilizers have been removed, and are decent grinds and straighter than most GDs but harder than heck and can be prone to chipping.
Re-scaled they would be easier to strop and shave but the wood scales are clunky. Might be good as a Straight Razor kit, if someone wanted to re-grind it for a custom look.
Haven’t checked prices lately, but I think they are a bit pricy, at least the cost of a decent Vintage blade.
