I saw The Italian in the AD you provided! Seems obvious a 'for and by' Italian barber supplier in the U.S.
Seems we can say they began at 525 and moved up to 606 at least til 1930.
They may have taken over the block, as was common?
Looks like they were at 604-606 in the 50's Long live co for sure.

Interestingly the brothers Di Puppo Charles and Frank of Tripoli Barbers Supply during prohibition, recognize a golden opportunity for some extra cash, in the way of diverting some denatured Alcohol. Apparently it was easy for them to get permits for denatured alcohol for their Barbers supply business.
