Help to identify razor

I buy this straight razor from an Ebay seller. Please help me with identification.
Letter readable on the tang is:
W W...OD& SON
.........ESTER.

Because the blade says "The Lancashire Razor" I'm going to take a guess that .........ESTER. is Manchester.
