The Austs were amazingly well ground and took very little to hone them. The same was true for the Wacker. None of them needed a bevel set, just a bit of tweaking from 5k and up on the hones. The Revisor's edge was a mess and was far from any claim of shave ready. I made a video of that edge but won't bother to post it again. This is not a criticism of Revisor. Others have said that their Revisor arrived with a proper edge. All of these razors, regardless of the brand, are handled individually and so their edges will vary.
Anyone who buys any of these brands should end up happy with their razor as long as they have realistic expectations about the initial condition of their razor's edge.
