Three razors from local shops. Help ID one.

I found a cute Wostenholm “original pipe razor”. It should clean nicely.
Then something from “Mc Coy and Sanders”. It’s a big blade marked “Monarch”
The mystery is this rusty but solid “M. Schapien”. What is this thing? I can’t find info anywhere. Do any of you fine gentlemen know what this is?

It was considerably worse earlier in the day.

Looks to be a German made blade, produced for a American vendor.
The edge has been honed to the stabilizer, so that's got to be repaired, and the pitting along the edge MAY not allow you to achieve a clean bevel without undo metal removal.

Could be a waste of time, but maybe not. Its difficult to say by one pic, JMHO.

I had never seen the name before. The back is marked Perry N.Y. It is a German blade.
