To complicate things further the predecessor to Duble Duck sold a razor with one side of the neck marked Bresnick Lifetime and the other marked "Gold Mandarin" with the Mandarin logo on that side and marked Solingen.
Those are pre WWll razors.

I suppose those razor could have been meant for the French market including the French speaking parts of Belgium and Switzerland. It is also possible I was thinking of "garantie" as being used by a German maker which is the same as "guarantee" in English. I believe it was just a way of advertising they were quality goods for whatever market they were intended for.

Found what tripped my memory in http://www.archivingindustry.com/cut...azormakers.htm in my previous post.
• Gustav Iserloh. Founded in 1889. Solingen: Ritterstrasse 26-30 in 1922 and 1925. Brand names: '5 Jahre Garantie', 'Hÿane' (1898), 'Kronprinz' (1899), 'Scorpion' (1903), 'Wildschwein' (1904).

Attachment 286360 - A seemingly older design , says Garanti and a number on the other side of the tang (I bought this one locally and has the exact same logo as the razors I have inherited and are undoubtedly pre-wwII)
Attachment 286350
Attachment 286361 - I bought this one in Germany, came in a Goedecke box, says only PRIMA on the other side of the tang
Attachment 286352
Attachment 286362 - This is from a Dubl Duck and it has the logo of dubl duck on the other side of the tang (Found on this forum, not my razor)
All similar and I'm highly confused right now, haha; they all look alike but are different
I also indeed read about the gold mandarin a decade or so ago and was indeed guessing between Goedecke or Bresnick, hmmmm
To also further confuse things
There's also this: http://strazors.com/index.php?id=524..._steel_47_5_8_
and this:
Attachment 286363
Attachment 286364 - A later model that has CH Suy Louvain stamped on the other side of the tang, has one of the later "updated" logo (taken from the internet)
And there's also this found on a french forum:

Interesting collection of razors. The way the 3rd pin (middle pin) is done with the small head reminds me of the way some Puma razors were pinned.
Like this example https://straightrazorpalace.com/razo...ave-ready.html

The picture of the DD is mine from the Daffy Ducks Razor club post.
I imagine it is like the Puma-Ducks and the French- Ducks and a few others where the outfit made those razors expressly for Bresnick or DD and so you have the Duck logo on one side and the maker's mark on the others.
Of course DD never made any razor they were all made by someone else but these few are different in that the maker is known.
I just won an auction for one on Ebay. I hope it hones up well.

Congrats, nice find in excellent condition. Bet it takes a good edge, enjoy.

I enjoy mine greatly, of course due to obvious reasons, but they're quality vintage Solingen razors and quality is as expected with these razors, nice find!
