The razor shaves well and looks nice with the exception of what I thin is a fault in the metal near the stabilizer on the back and what may be corrosion near it.
Not sure what to do.

It's cosmetic.
Just be sure to dry it thoroughly before putting it away and it'll last longer than most things you own.
You might hit those two spots with a little metal polish (Mothers, Flitz) working in and that should stop it from spreading or getting worse. May even coat with oil when finished shaving especially if it will be a while before using it again. As stated before, its cosmetic, nothing to really concern yourself with.
I've owned a Schulze razor a while back and it was a fine shaver. Looks like you have a keeper.....Enjoy!

I've seen a few razors with spots near the shoulder like that. Usually on razors that still had dried soap or whatever that has been sitting there for who knows how long. Mainly just cosmetic as long as it doesn't affect the edge. Just make sure to clean the razor off after use.

I strop my blades on linen after shaving and use a couple of drops of razor (paraffin I think) oil before I put them away in a felt razor roll, so it does go away dry and oiled.
