Yeah, I didn't notice it until you said that Tom but look at the grinding lines at the bottom of the tang.

A neat part of the Victorian era. I have a W & B from around that time.
Very cool razor, quite unusual, good information here from many, my best guess on dating this blade would be 1845 give or take a few.
