Looks like they didn't know how to hone it. They killed the spine and the bevel is a mile wide.:shrug:
Has anyone seen one of these dorko 444s in good condition by the way?
Look at the other razors on that site-most of them are like that.
Destroyed a perfectly good razor.
Damn, if ever there was a case for using tape.
I've seen that chumps work before. The razors are overpriced and they put NOS on the advert when they are clearly not.
Yea those scales are not original. Dorkos came with basic scales with the Dorko Seal in metal inlaid on the scales. I've had a few. They are all top notch shavers no matter the model.
Too bad about the bevels. It looks like they tried for a match set with the spine and razor. A little more effort and it could have been turned into a totally beveled razor if you know what I mean.
That is too bad... Took me a second to realize that is the bevel, first glance it apeared as a small slide on edge protector.. Nope!
This belongs to the "shame" thread: overhoned, overpriced, badly scaled. How is it even NOS?!
