I have a Boker straight on which the blade etching is very nearly gone, but when held at the right angle to the light looks to me to be “Clean Cutter”. I can’t find any reference to that.
I’ve seen lots of Boker “King Cutter” blades, but never before a “Clean Cutter”. Was that a thing?

There is a kean cutter model. I never heard of clean cutter.
I managed to get a photo with just the right amount of light. I’m pretty sure the remaining etch says “Clean” or “Clear”.

He was very quickly able to supply a graphic that solves my mystery.

The Wright and Wilhelmy razors were "Clean Clipper" but I haven't seen one with the Boker tang stamp, They had a tiny tree on the tail.
My original post has the image of the maker’s stamp on the tang that showed the full Boker imprint and the tree.
So its a Clean Shaver. Not Cutter. Good on Bob for telling OP to contact Strazors. :chapeau
This thread reinforces for me the depth of expertise and knowledge available of SRP.
No internet search I tried over a couple of days provided the information Alex at Strazors was able to send me from half a world away in an hour.
