Hello everyone, sure is nice to be thinking about straight razors in light of all the other BS going on in the world. Anyway, I had some time and I dropped by an antique store to see what I could find. Low and behold, I stumbled across this interesting specimen. It is in amazing condition, was reasonably priced AND has a glaring misspelling. Interesting huh? I have seen other W&B Celebrated Rattlers (notice the two "t"s) from the same 1860-1870s time-period. Most have the same font and all use two "t"s in the spelling of "Rattler". Do you think this was a simple mistake that then made it through quality control before coming on market? I'd appreciate what the community here thinks. Thanks in advance.
