All of them. And nothing particular. They came about as hollow grinding became a thing. So you'll have to look into that time period of production. So probably early 1900 s. American blades like, Torrey, Red Imp, n such, come to mind. Those they called wedges were more a 1/2 hollow, IMO
If you’re looking for a new razor and don’t mind the expense, Koraat will custom make one for you. You’ll have to wait a while for delivery from Austria.
You could also drop a note to some of the online resellers like Revisor or Griffiths and ask them to alert you when one becomes available.

Thiers Issard, Ralf Aust, and other modern makers have 1/2 hollows. A lot of vintage razors did, as well.
