I bought this Razor on ebay. the box that came with it says Griffon, but that is not on the blade. On one side it says

MADE IN GERMANY

Sounds like a mis-matched box and blade. Pretty common on ebay. The brand is Geoffry Creutzburg and Sons and the model is Master - the brand is from Philadelphia, the steel is from Germany. Should be a fine shaver!
