Found Some Old Razors, Help ID?
Alright. So I've been looking into getting my first straight edge razor for a while here. My old man used to use one so I was asking my parents if they could search for his old one. Along the way they found 2 that belonged to my Great-Grandfather and date back to atleast the 30's as far as they know, if not earlier as they were kept in an olive drab pouch and my great-grandpa was in WWI. Anyway I have no clue about the brand, whether they are a crappy brand, the history, etc. So if anyone has any info on them please let me know. This is all that I know from them so far
the wooden one--brown handle says:
" C. Friedr Ern, Wald-Germany, Highest Award" if you are looking at it with the blade to the right. turn it over and it says "77" (in small numbers) and "ERN" in much larger font
the yellow handles one says "A. Halverson Co., Oklahoma City & Muskogee, Okla" on the side with the blade to the right.flip it over and it says "Hindoo Steel, Made in Germany"
Here are pictures of them:

Any help would be appreciated. Also, would it be worth getting these sharpened/honed to use?
