Most likely, your razors were made 1914 (The McKinley Tariff Act) - 1933 (the firm had diversified into safety razor manufacture). IMO.

Don't think the city of origin was a requirement. Pretty sure I have 1 or 2 with Made in England, no T.R. Cadman stamp.
To me they look like end of line razors, maybe late 50's early 60's. Rather plain which was probably a cost cutting measure.
Still great razors that shave as good as the older ones.
Some photos would help.
I believe one is around the 50's (a 5/8ths), it has a yellow plastic handle with just the one pin at the shank ( no spacer at the end.), the other one (a 6/8ths) has a Black Bakelite handle with the 2 normal pins, but the spacer looks like the same type yellow plastic as the other one. I wish I could post pictures but somewhere in my head I've lost a step and forgotten how to down load them.
So...reviving an old post. Sometimes I am slow on the uptake so, if I have a razor that is stamped "BENGALL" and that is the only stamp then it is manufactured before 1891?
good question. i have one too. any rough estimates on one the says bengall cast steel? i just cleaned this one up a little and thought id make some new scales for it.

So I am new to this, bought this with a porcelain shaving cup at an estate sale. I planned to repurpose it but after skimming the thread I would like to know what I have. The scales are replacements that don't match but the blade is scary sharp.Attachment 264418
