Trust me guys...i can wait to have it on my hands.

They are great shavers - I have a similar blade but with antler scales. If you put new scales on it you'll want to make sure they have a bit of heft to maintain balance. Nice purchase :tu
James.
Very nice choice in blades, these razor shave nicely....:tu
Guys, you are turning me crazy with that coments...i want my razor now !!!..
RPR.
lol I haven't hit the pay button yet and I'm already jonesing......nice pick!
I just had my first shave with a 7/8 Fridur Spanish point worked back (the same back as on Rickpr's Friodur). I must say that the worked back adds a certain "something" to the shave, it catches the light, glinting and shining as you move the razor over your face.
Very Aesthetically pleasing both looking at it sitting on your table, or especially so whilst shaving:tu
I think I read these INOX jobs were kinda scratchy on the face...?
What say ye, gentlemen???
Well, they're harder than carbon steel, that's true. But I've never found mine to be uncomfortable or overly scratchy
James.
Congratulations!
You'll love it!
I made my scales for that blade out of ironwood........

I'm sure someone here would help you put that nice blade in some decent scales, ask around.

Wonderful blade. I want to see it when you replace the scales.
It is really special
Yeah it rocks I've got one like it from the same shop as well. And +111 on the scales bit, they really need to go. I didn't know till a few days ago that people had, in the past, scoffed at using stainless steel. Using it I can't figure out why though.
beautiful razor be kinda hard to hide when all you want to do is show it off huh really nice price too
It is going into some nice tight laced lacewood.
^^ That's my scale....:y

great buy rick!!
^^ Thanks speed...ill post pict if i know/learn how to down loaud them..
RPR.
i still say it's your pic size. you've got to scale them down. that thing was 1000 something X 757. too big!
^^ So what is the max size to place a pict here ?
RPR.
not sure in a post, but 500 X whatever would be plenty big and acceptable. the profile pic needs to be 100X100 at most.
your scales there are 600X491 for example ^^^
700 pixels is the maximum. In your editor, go to resize image, you should see the X and Y axis size. in the larger of the two (usually the X axis) put in 700 (or less). Most editors default to uniform scaling so it will auto shrink the other axis in the same proportion. Then save as (don’t overwrite your original file just in case you mess up) and put it out on your desktop. Then you should be able to attach it to a post.
